High resistance: Ramming mass has high resistance to abrasion, cracking, spalling, and erosion.

High temperature tolerance: Ramming mass can withstand temperatures up to 1700°C without melting or breaking down.

Thermal shock resistance: Ramming mass can resist thermal shock in the temperature range of 600–1700°C.

Load carrying capacity: Ramming mass can carry a load of up to 50 pounds per square inch.

Low cost: Ramming mass is much cheaper than basic lining materials.

  • High temperature tolerance

t can withstand temperatures up to 1700°C

  • Low Cost

It is much cheaper than basic lining materials

The melt binds the grains together, creating a dense layer that prevents liquid metal from penetrating the lining.
Ramming mass is thermally stable, resistant to corrosion, and resistant to wear. Premixed ramming mass can lead to less wastage and a longer lining and patching life.
