Application Method

Surface Preparation

• Clean the substrate of dirt, oil, grease, and laitance.
• Saturate the surface with water before application but avoid standing water.

Mixing

• Add JBS GROUT-NS to the recommended amount of water (as per packaging instructions).
• Mix using a mechanical mixer to achieve a lump-free, homogeneous consistency.

Application

• Pour or pump the grout into the prepared area, ensuring complete filling of voids.
• Use proper techniques to avoid air entrapment.

Curing

• Protect the applied grout from rapid drying using standard curing methods.

Shelf Life
