Product Description

JBS CEMCAP is a high-strength cement composite capsule designed for non-shrink, thixotropic cementitious grout applications. The capsules absorb water through perforations, allowing controlled expansion and stabilization for high early strength grout.

Uses

• Immediate repair of water storage tanks and dams.
• Installation of anchor bolts for heavy machinery fixing.
• Anchor bolt fixing for coal mine strata stabilization.
• Anchor bolt fixing for rock stabilization.

Application Method

1. Preparation: Soak perforated capsules in water for 1–2 minutes.
2. Insertion: Insert water-soaked capsules into the pre-drilled holes.
3. Anchor Placement: Push the anchor bolt using an electrically operated drill.
4. Fixing: Place and fix the cover plate.

Note: Complete all operations within 8–10 minutes.

Precautions and Limitations

• Store in a dry place.
• Keep unused capsules under a double-lined polythene cover to prevent atmospheric exposure.

  • Medium: 50–60 minutes
  • Slow: 7–8 hours
