Product Description

JBS IW SUPER-L is a high-performance liquid waterproofing admixture designed for concrete and mortar. Its advanced formula reduces water permeability through hydrostatic head pressure and capillary absorption, ensuring durable and impermeable structures.

Uses

JBS IW SUPER-L is ideal for:

• Flowing and pumped concrete.
• Pre-stressed and reinforced concrete.
• Industrial and commercial flooring.
• Waterproofing applications in basements, reservoirs, retaining walls, canals, bridges, swimming pools, dams, water tanks, roof decks, and lift pits.

Application Method

1. Mix Design: Use strong water-reducing action and follow standard mix design practices.
2. Adding the Admixture: Add JBS IW SUPER-L with 20% mixing water to the concrete/mortar mix.
3. Placement and Curing: Place and cure as per standard construction practices.

Precautions and Limitations

• Do not add to dry concrete mix.
• Maintain a low water-cement ratio.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Dosage

• 200 ml per bag of cement.

Shelf Life

• 12 months from the date of manufacturing when stored in cool, dry, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

Health & Safety

• Skin Contact: Wash with soap and water.
• Eye Contact: Rinse with plenty of water. Consult a physician if irritation persists.
• Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention.
